RAULINO SILVA ARQUITECTO

Raulino Silva é arquitecto e nasceu em 1981, em Vila do Conde (Porto - Portugal).

O seu trabalho nomeadamente sobre a temática habitacional tem participado em várias exposições, destacando-se a mostra "Shine Exhibition", do Big Design Festival Liubliana, o “Best International Houses”, da Platform Architecture and Design em Veneza e o Europe 40 Under 40 Awards do The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, em Atenas.

As obras estão publicadas em diversas revistas e livros, “A House with a Pool” e "The New Minimalist Style" da Loft Publications, "International Panorama Vol.2" da The Plan Magazine, "Contemporary Architecture" da Braun Publishing, "Raulino Silva - Portuguese Architect" da Uzina Books, “Influencers Architecture” de Óscar Asensio e "Raulino Silva" na Archinews 57.

Participou como orador no 2A ArchTalk da 2A Magazine, no Dubai, no Fórum Perspective Europe da The Plan Magazine, em Itália, no Pecha Kucha Night no Porto e em Lisboa, e foi convidado a apresentar os seus projectos na “Arquitectura Avanzada” no México, no Big Design Festival Liubliana, na Eslovénia, no Seminário de Arquitectura da Escola Superior Artística do Porto, e no Museu da Arte Nova de Aveiro.

Nos últimos anos tem incorporado as equipas de jurados de alguns concursos e prémios internacionais, entre os quais a plataforma Uni, Bee Breeders, Young Architects Competitions, "Rethinking The Future Awards 2021", Prémio Forma 2022, Prémio Espaço 2023 e 2024.

Em 2019 recebeu a medalha de mérito da Cidade de Vila do Conde, entregue pelo executivo do município.

Raulino Silva is an architect and was born in 1981, in Vila do Conde (Porto - Portugal).

His work, particularly on the housing theme, has been shown in several exhibitions, standouts include the "Shine Exhibition", at the Big Design Festival Ljubljana, the “Best International Houses”, at Platform Architecture and Design in Venice and the Europe 40 Under 40 Awards from The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, in Athens.

His works are published in some major architecture books and magazines such as “A House with a Pool” and "The New Minimalist Style" by Loft Publications, "International Panorama Vol. 2" by The Plan Magazine, "Contemporary Architecture" by Braun Publishing, "Raulino Silva - Portuguese Architect" by Uzina Books, “Influencers Architecture” by Óscar Asensio and "Raulino Silva" on Archinews 57.

He took part as a speaker at 2A ArchTalk by 2A Magazine, in Dubai, at The Plan Magazine's Perspective Europe Forum, in Italy, at Pecha Kucha Night in Porto and Lisbon, and was invited to present his projects at “Arquitectura Avanzada” in Mexico, at the Big Design Festival Ljubljana, in Slovenia, in the Architecture Seminar at the Escola Superior Artística do Porto and recently at the Museu da Arte Nova, in Aveiro.

In recent years, it has been a juror at some international competitions and awards, including the Uni platform, Bee Breeders, Young Architects Competitions, "Rethinking The Future Awards 2021", Forma 2022 Award and Espaço Award 2023 and 2024.

In 2019 he was awarded a medal for merit, gifted by the chief executive of the City Hall of Vila do Conde.
